RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For returns, a 25% restocking fee is automatically applied.
For exchanges (only due to a damaged item), there is no restocking fee. The exchanged item must be the exact same size and color as originally ordered by you.
To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition when you received it, e.g., unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to supply the order number.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Other than the item(s) purchased directly from our website, all other items will not be accepted for a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
